TURN ON AND UNLOCK YOUR IPHONE.

PRESS THE HOME BUTTON, WHICH CAN BE FOUND ON THE BOTTOM OF THE DEVICE. This may either exit your program, or, if you are already on the home-screens area, may take you to the default installed-apps Home screen.
If the second, press the Home button once again.

TAP THE "CLOCK" APP.

TAP THE "STOPWATCH" TAB FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE DEVICE\'S SCREEN.

LEARN HOW TO START THE CHRONOMETER IN YOUR DEVICE. Tap the Start button when you'd like to begin the count-up,

LEARN HOW TO STOP THE CHRONOMETER IN YOUR DEVICE.Tap the "Stop" when you'd like to stop the counting.

LEARN HOW TO RESET THE COUNTER, OR WHEN YOU\'D LIKE TO START A NEW CYCLE. Tap the "Reset" button to clear the counter and start a new lap.
