How to Find an Android by Making It Beep (with Pictures)

Sometimes, no matter what you do, you can't figure out where your phone is even though you know it's nearby. In these situations, you can make the phone make a loud noise by using a remote app.
STEPS

SEARCH THE "WHERE\'S MY DROID" APP IN THE PLAY STORE. Click "Install" to install the app. Click "Open" to open it.

CLICK "NEXT" IN THE APP SETUP SCREEN. Then, enter a phrase you'll remember into the "ring attention word" box. Click "Next" twice more to complete setup.

SELECT "RING SETUP" FROM THE LIST OF OPTIONS ON THE APP\'S MAIN MENU.

CHECK "USE WHITE NOISE SIREN" AND THEN CLICK "SAVE." When you want your phone to beep with a siren noise, text the attention word you chose to your phone.
TIPS
You can also set your phone to either ring or vibrate instead of the siren noise by using options on the ring setup screen.
WARNINGS
The beeping siren noise can be quite loud so try not to do it at night where you might disturb someone.
