tbsp plain wholemeal flour 1
tbsp desiccated coconut 2
tbsp chopped almonds 1
tbsp polyunsaturated margarine 1
tbsp honey 200
g (7 oz) raspberries STEPS

PEEL, QUARTER AND CORE APPLES AND PLACE IN A SAUCEPAN WITH 3 TBSP WATER AND CINNAMON. Cover tightly and cook on medium heat until apples have softened. 2
MEANWHILE MIX TOGETHER BY HAND THE ROLLED OATS, FLOUR, DESICCATED COCONUT, ALMONDS, MARGARINE AND HONEY. 3
PREHEAT OVEN TO 210C/43

SPOON COOKED APPLE INTO GRATIN OR OVEN DISH. Top with raspberries and flatten fruit using a spatula. Spread crumble over layer of fruit and pat down a little. Place dish in oven and cook for about 15 minutes or until the top is golden brown. TIPS
